I had an amazing experience working with Susan. She is caring, trustworthy, very understanding, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. She provided excellent service from the beginning to the end and helped with all aspects of an often overwhelming and redundant buying process. Whenever there was a challenge or a hiccup, she always had an answer for it before she even called me, and went above and beyond the scope of her work to make sure everything continued smoothly. She really knows her stuff. She found me the best rate possible and we closed in only three weeks! I am so thankful to have worked with her and the well-oiled machine of the Lending Capital Group.
